@Guidelines for Presentations

Oral Presentations

Duration of Presentation (including time for discussion)
Plenary Lecture: 30 minutes
Oral Presentations: 20 minutes

‘Presenters are requested to use your own PC
EWe recommend that you bring back-up data in CD-R or USB flash memory.
EEnsure that your computer is equipped with a mini D-sub 15 pins connector.
EIf your computer does not have this connection, please bring an appropriate
@converter.

EBe sure to bring all required connection cables and AC adaptor and plug
@adapter for your own PC.
EThe voltage for Western Japan, including Kyoto, is 100 V, 60 Hz. The plug
@type in Japan is type A with two flat blades without a ground pin, the same
@type widely used in the USA and Canada.

 


Poster Presentations

Posters should be mounted, presented and removed according to the schedule shown below. Poster presenters are requested to be at their posters at the designated times to discuss their presentation with participants. The poster sessions will not be chaired. Presenters are requested to remove their posters by themselves. Posters that remain mounted after the designated removal time may be disposed of.

Mounting July 1 (Sun), 9:00-14:10

Presentation Odd Numbers: July 1 (Sun), 15:30-16:45

Even Numbers: July 1 (Sun), 16:45-18:00

Removal July 2 (Mon), 9:00-11:10
